Terms of Service

Last updated: August 22, 2026

Welcome to MDORA.

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of mdora.store, customer accounts and purchases made through our online store.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

1. About MDORA

MDORA is operated by:

David Soares, trading as MDORA
Website: mdora.store
Email: support@mdora.store
Address: Bloco Mirandela, 1, Barreiro, 2830-560 Setúbal, Portugal

Our ecommerce store is powered by Shopify.

2. Eligibility

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to make a purchase from MDORA.

Where required by applicable law, minors may use the store only with the involvement or consent of a parent or legal guardian.

You must not use our website, accounts, checkout or products for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes.

3. Products and Product Information

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, images, specifications, pricing and other information.

Product appearance, colour, packaging or minor design details may vary from photographs because of screen settings, supplier updates or manufacturing changes.

These variations do not affect your rights where a product is materially different from its description, defective or otherwise non-conforming.

We may modify, replace or discontinue products before an order is placed.

4. Prices, Currency and Taxes

Prices for customers in our United States market are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated.

Shipping costs, discounts and applicable taxes will be shown during checkout where relevant.

Where MDORA is legally required to collect U.S. sales tax or another applicable tax, the amount may be calculated and added during checkout based on the applicable rules and the customer's shipping or billing information.

Product prices may change at any time before an order is submitted.

An obvious pricing or technical error does not require us to fulfil an order at the erroneous price where applicable law permits correction or cancellation.

5. Payments

Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed.

Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Shopify Payments, PayPal, banks, card networks or other payment processors made available at checkout.

We do not control processing times or security procedures imposed by those providers.

6. Orders and Acceptance

After placing an order, you will normally receive an electronic order confirmation.

We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

  • Payment cannot be authorised.
  • Fraud or unauthorised activity is reasonably suspected.
  • A product is unavailable.
  • An obvious pricing or technical error has occurred.
  • Required shipping information is incomplete or invalid.
  • We are unable to fulfil the order for legal or logistical reasons.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the appropriate refund will be issued.

7. Fulfilment, Shipping and Delivery

Our delivery methods, shipping charges and estimated delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy.

Processing and delivery estimates are not guarantees where circumstances outside our reasonable control cause delays.

We nevertheless aim to fulfil orders according to the timelines represented on our website.

If we become unable to ship an order within an applicable promised timeframe, we will communicate with the customer and provide the options required by applicable law, which may include agreeing to a delay or cancelling the affected order for a refund.

8. International Fulfilment and Customs

Products may be fulfilled by third-party suppliers or logistics partners and may be shipped from locations outside the United States.

Orders may therefore be subject to customs procedures, duties, taxes or other import-related requirements where applicable.

Our Shipping Policy explains how these matters are handled.

9. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Our Return & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms.

MDORA currently provides a voluntary 14-day return-request period subject to the conditions described in that policy.

This store policy does not limit any additional rights that may apply under mandatory law.

10. Customer Information

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information during checkout, including your:

  • Name.
  • Shipping address.
  • Billing information.
  • Email address.
  • Telephone number where requested.

Contact support@mdora.store promptly if you discover an error.

We cannot guarantee that shipping or order information can be changed after fulfilment has begun.

11. Customer Accounts

Where customer accounts are available, you are responsible for protecting access to your account and for providing accurate account information.

You should notify us if you reasonably believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.

12. Intellectual Property

The MDORA name, branding, logos, website design and original content created by MDORA are owned by or licensed to MDORA and protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit protected MDORA materials without prior permission except where permitted by law.

Third-party trademarks, product materials and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

13. Reviews, Feedback and User Content

If you submit a review, comment, photograph or other content to MDORA, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it is not unlawful, deceptive, abusive or infringing.

Where you grant us permission to display such content, we may use it for the purposes disclosed at the time of submission or as otherwise permitted by law.

14. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

  • Engage in fraud or unlawful activity.
  • Attempt unauthorised access to our systems or accounts.
  • Introduce malware or harmful code.
  • Interfere with the normal operation or security of the website.
  • Misuse automated systems in a way that materially disrupts our services.
  • Provide knowingly false information during checkout or a return request.

15. Third-Party Services

We rely on third-party services including Shopify, payment processors, suppliers, fulfilment providers, shipping carriers and technology providers.

Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

16. Website Availability

We aim to maintain reliable access to mdora.store but do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

We may temporarily restrict or modify website functionality for security, maintenance, operational or technical reasons.

17. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory rights relating to defective, unsafe, misdescribed or non-conforming products.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, MDORA will not be responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the relevant transaction was entered into.

18. Privacy

Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our business, website, services, policies or legal obligations.

The current version will be identified by the “Last updated” date.

Changes will not unfairly change the terms of an order that has already been accepted.
